Alm. Jro Dalang Gelgel
The history of Heritage Coffee Bali begins with the hard work of a famous puppeteer artist in North Bali known as Jro Dalang Gelgel. As a result of his hard work, in 1928 he began buying a plot of land in Kendengan Village which he began planting coffee on.

Alm. Putu Dalang
Around 1950, his son, who is often called Wayah Mangku, inherited the coffee plantation. Then, from the coffee harvest, he managed it well until he was able to buy more land around the Buleleng area, one of them was on Jalan Ponogoro which later became early history of the legendary coffee factory, the pride of North Bali : Kopi Bubuk Cap Banyuatis.

Alm. Ketut Englan
Then around 1960, his son, Ketut Englan, was inspired when he saw his grandmother selling self-brewed coffee. He build a coffee factory named Kopi Banyuatis because of his love and pride for his and her wife’s hometown.

Gede Pusaka Harsadena
And finally, in 2014, his 1st born son, Gede Pusaka Harsadena, inherited his father's company which included Banyuatis Coffee Factory, followed by Bali Taman Beach Resort & Spa Hotel and Ngiring Ngewedang Restaurant. From all the inheritance he received, he has now founded Heritage Coffee Bali which houses Heritage Coffee Farm & Heritage Coffee Roastery where he has a big mission to preserve and pass on the "HERITAGE" of his family.
